Every product must be associated with a valid maintenance contract, that enables our customer the access to TAC and new product release. Eudata offers to its customers a standard and mandatory plan (included in the maintenance/fees) or a custom plan, tailor-made to your needs:

Standard Plan

From Monday to Friday

from 9.00am to 1pm

and from 2 to 6pm

(Italian holidays excluded)

Tailor Made Plan

it is possible to customize your service based on specific needs that go beyond traditional hours. This mode allows extending the support up to the h24 mode
