The new EU legislation on privacy, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with which the European Commission intends to strengthen and harmonize the protection of personal data of European Union citizens, will be fully effective on 25 May 2018 for all residents in the European Union: Eudata has adapted its Convy.AI and WCS platforms in order to comply with the legislation.
The GDPR imposes new rules on companies, government agencies and non-profit and other organizations that offer products and services to people residing in the European Union (EU), or collecting and analyzing data related to EU citizens. The GDPR will have validity everywhere.

We believe that the GDPR represents an important step towards transparency and protection of the personal data protection rights of every person
Eudata wants to allow you to focus on the core business of your company, preparing efficiently for GDPR.

For this reason, starting from version 4.7 of our Convy.AI and WCS, using the customer search form in the administration panel it will be possible to search and select a single client profile and then remove the sensitive data if the customer asked for it.

Eudata advises its customers to upgrade their systems, in order to avoid incurring the penalties provided for by law.
