The new Convy periodical Release

Convy Release is a periodical update of the AI Artificial Intelligence Platform focus on the implementation and enrichment of Eudata ChatBOT with new features that improve performance and usability.
Follow the new release improves solution stability enabling at the same time new features and integrations
Eudata recommends partners and customers to schedule a migration of the infrastructure in 6 months after new released is released, in order to be updated and to reduce the cost of each migration project

Convy Release – ALE Rainbow Integration:

 

Convy is now fully integrated with ALE Rainbow collaboration platform

Users interacting with ConvyAI chatbot have now the possibility to request the support and assistance of a group of experts working on the conversational platform ALE Rainbow and able to satisfy their needs in real time.

Experts operating on ALE Rainbow will be able to see the history and all the relevant information of the previous interaction between the user and Convy AI

In this way, ConvyAI can enhance the Rainbow collaboration platform making it a proper contact centre solution, applying the same routing logic used in CC services

An interactive guide has been created to support a new user in the initial phases of using ConvyAI

  • CustomerGui: added http route to answer 200OK for the heartbeat request of the WCS UX to avoid error in the browser console

  • Email: better handling of the email task and text extraction from HTML body
  • Semantic Engine: added the recognition of entities also in the first message
  • Main menu: fixed scroll and visualization on small devices
  • RestNode: added the possibility to read a non-json response and assign it to a variable

Fix

  • Conversation Engine: fixed the variables reset after a jump from a node with the same ID of the landing node
  • AddNewFlow: fixed the behavior of the “Discard Changes” after a user got the lock on a flow
  • AddNewFlow: added the “description” field to the add new branch popover for not eudata engine that was missing
  • SoapNode: fixed some issue to the response json parsing
  • ViewAllFlow: widget size on Macbook Air
  • Keyboards: fixed screenshots of survey keyboard
  • AddNewFlow: better handling of backslash on dynamic menus
  • DialogDetails: fixed query for session created and closed in 2 different day
  • Reporting: fixed closing state of session that used flows with “skip jump” enabled
  • Oracle DB: fixed default timezone to UTC
  • AmazonAlexa: fixed strange behaviors due to specific API calls
